Vendor Application

We’re taking vendor applications for people selling holistic and spiritual products or looking to promote their business.
No healings or readings are permitted at the vendor tables. Sessions raise funds for Awaken.

One 6′ Table – $165 for the weekend
Two 6′ Tables (corner space)- $200 for the weekend
Two 6′ Tables (2 spaces)- $300 for the weekend

Price goes up to $180, $222 and $333 on Oct 1

If you are only available one day, we ask you to find someone to fill your spot the opposite day.

Vendors must be pre-approved. We will review your application and if we feel your business and products are a good fit, we will let you know ASAP. Thank you.

We’re estimating 250 or more attendees. The vendor room will hold approximately 35 tables.

  • Tables are arranged end to end
  • No partitions or curtains
  • Bring your own table covering
  • Electricity is limited for select vendors
  • Wi-Fi available

Estimated Schedule

Saturday, November 11 – Set-up begins at 8:00 am. Plan on having your table set-up by 9:30. Doors open to the public at 10am. The vendor room will be open until approximately 7:00pm. This time may change as we solidify our event schedule.
Your table and items can stay overnight. The room and building will be locked.

Sunday, November 12 – Set-up begins at 9:00 am. Have your table set-up by 9:30-ish. Doors open at 10am. Vendor room closes at 6:00pm.


Expo Guidebook Ads

Great way to increase awareness! Have a table and an ad in our expo book!

Guidebooks will be handed out at the expo with schedules, floor plan, bios, and ads. The booklet is 5.5”x8.5”. We are discounting ads for vendors.

  • Full page Color ad is $45 (reg $60) – 5″w x 8″h
  • Full page B&W ad is $30 (reg $40) – 5″w x 8″h
  • 1/2 page B&W ad is $20 (reg $25) – 5″w x 3.75″h
  • 1/3 page (BCard) B&W ad is $10 (reg $15) – 4″w x 2.25″h (or business card size)
